What Clients are Saying. . .

“Sean brings outstanding real-world understanding of the higher education hiring process to his consulting work. He is very responsive, personable and willing to do whatever it takes to assist a job search and prepare a candidate for job interviews. Colleges have a different culture and unique set of expectations when filling positions so if you are looking to go down this path, Sean can be an excellent guide through the process.” –Michael Sponhour, ABC, Executive Director of Communications and Outreach at Ohio Department of Education

“While conducting a recent job search, I decided to enlist the advice of a professional career coach to help me better understand higher education market trends. I was also seeking guidance on how best to position myself and think more strategically about upcoming interviews. I am really glad I found Sean. His counsel was practical and knowledgeable. He taught me a number of things involving social media that I had not been aware of and which were immediately useful. He also walked me through various interview scenarios to help sharpen my responses, and he clarified how best to approach certain questions. He instilled me with more confidence and gave sound tactical advice. I highly recommend Sean and enjoyed his pragmatic approaches to thought-provoking situations.” -Daniel Murphy, Executive Vice President of Academics at Utica School of Commerce
