If you just need to gain “traction” in your job search quickly, or need assistance working through a specific job search issue, this is the package for you!

• Identifying blocks you need to work through on your own or with a coach
• Reviewing your résumé, cover letter or graduate school essay and getting feedback on ways to improve them on your own. (Requires sending the material to be reviewed at least 24 hours in advance.)

• 45 minute to 1 hour session, held by phone, webmeeting or in-person
• E-mail summary of our session and key action points (Or we can record the meeting, and I can send you a download link to view the meeting. Ask for details. And additional fee may apply.)
• Apply your payment toward an upgraded package if you decide that long-term coaching is more appropriate for your needs.

Small Business

Do you ever wish your small business could offer quality training and coaching to employees?

It’s hard for small businesses to offer in-house coaching and mentoring for their staff.

Let me act as your training and development center! Through a Small Business retainer agreement, you contract with me for a minimum number of hours, and receive a discounted rate. You can use these hours for various reasons, including:

• 1-on-1 coaching for staff on topics related to their roles within your organization (supervision, employee evaluation, goal-setting, process improvement, and strategic planning)
• Group coaching, training and teambuilding.
• Assistance with social media strategy

The following conditions apply to small business retainers.

• The minimum commitment is for one year (12 months) and the initial retainer payment is $1200. As your business uses coaching services, fees are deducted from the original retainer. After the initial retainer is depleted, you will be billed for services beyond the initial block.
• The small business retainer rate is $100/hour for the first 12 hours, and hours above 12/year will be billed at a rate of $85/hour.
